I recently got the card approved but have been facing issues since day 2: 1. They gave me a limit of $500. All other cards of mine have $6000+. I was still willing to give it a try due to attractive benefits. 2. Here is the major problem. All of my transactions since day 2 are getting declined and I need to call customer care to get the Merchant unblocked for every transaction. This is so annoying and stupidity from them that they say there is no issue with my card and it’s just bank’s security system getting triggered for some reason. They say my card doesn’t have any security flagged or any such issue and there is no solution for this issue. Did anyone else face this and got it resolved? I’m thinking whether to cancel the card or just hold it for Level 3 Genius membership? Suggestions?
