Hello Binance, I am writing here because the chat support is not very helpful. I am a pro merchant on Binance for more than 2 years, I have over 48,000 total P2P trades and have positive feedback of 98.13%. I was off boarded from merchant program without any reason, I am literally begging the support on chat to tell me the reason so if I feel I am guilty of any wrong doings I would stop sending them messages but they keep copy pasting templates that they cannot provide me a reason. This is cruelty, you took away my main source of income from me and not even providing me a reason or a chance for any clarification. Kindly please talk with the support chat and help me with this issue.
