[Dubai Police App] Allow uploading of existing dashcam footage

Was driving on the service road of 611 during busy hours when this guy came out of nowhere driving aggressively and started tailgating me. Since it’s a service road with lower speed limits I moved aside to let him pass. Instead of passing he overtook me and matched my speed. I tried speeding up thinking he’d move on but nope. The moment I got close he swerved into my lane and brake checked me. This repeated 3-4 times. Classic intentional road rage. The good news? Both my front and rear cams caught everything. Here’s my problem. I want to report this on the Dubai Police app but it seems like it only works for live incidents with real time location. It won’t let me upload existing footage from a previous incident. Has anyone successfully reported an old dashcam incident through Dubai Police? Is there another way to submit the footage? Any help appreciated!
