Open AI has updated the UI for ChatGPT on Web browser to display this conversation position indicator. I have a chat that's had 100+ responses and this indicator is trying to load all of them. Consequently, the page is repeatedly throwing up the 'Page Unresponsive' error. Is there any method to disable it?
