Users desire a simplified system where a single card or network can be used across various charging providers, reducing the need for multiple apps and accounts.
What a week it’s been. Since my last post, I’ve had dozens of DMs and conversations about EV charging—from drivers, installers, entrepreneurs, and people overseas. And honestly? It’s got me thinking. 🚘 From what I’m seeing on the ground every day, the way we’re building EV infrastructure in the U.S. just isn’t keeping pace with where demand is headed. Too often I see: -Chargers installed in the wrong locations -Long waits on permitting, rebates, and utility coordination -Drivers who are unsure what works for their vehicle or their home charging needs. -Businesses are eager to install charging, but are stuck in analysis paralysis and constant budgeting cycles. Meanwhile, I hear how effortless charging can be in places like Norway, the Netherlands, or South Korea. One card, one network, fast charging almost anywhere. We’ve got the talent and tools here, but we need to scale smarter. But here’s the thing: I believe we can get this right. At DMH Electric, Inc., we see firsthand how better design, better installs, and better coordination can make charging simple, reliable, and scalable. We’re not just installing chargers, we’re helping build the future backbone of EV infrastructure. And it’s only just getting started. Let’s keep this conversation going. What are you seeing out there? #EVcharging #infrastructure #cleanenergy #electricvehicles #electrification #DMHElectric #EVinstallers #futureofmobility
