User wants the ability to add brief contextual comments to individual workouts (e.g., "ran with slower friend") so that the app's AI can more accurately evaluate performance and adapt future training plans, preventing misinterpretations of data.
A few days ago, I completed a conversational-pace run. I ran alone for most of it at a steady pace, then the last 2km with my girlfriend, which meant a slower finish since she's slower than me. Runna interpreted this backwards, it saw the slower final 2km and suggested I'd run too fast in the first part, recommending I slow down for future conversational runs. But that's the opposite of what actually happened; the slower finish was just circumstantial. I wish there was a way to add context (like a brief comment on the workout) so the AI could evaluate the workout accurately and not throw off my training plan. Does anyone else experience this? Do you think running apps should have a quick way to add context notes that influence both workout analysis and program adaptation?
