Hey r/forhire, Hope everyone here is doing well. I’m reaching out because we’re currently trying to connect with developers from all over the world. We work with several growing companies, mainly from Germany and Switzerland, that regularly look for developers to join their teams. Because of that, we’re always interested in meeting new developers, both senior engineers and solid mid-level developers. Most of the work revolves around building modern web applications, automation systems, and AI-driven tools. A lot of the projects involve technologies like Python, React, NodeJS and Vite for frontend development, as well as backend development and database design using Supabase. Teams are also planning and implementing new software features with modern AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, which allows developers to move fast and build real products quickly. The teams we work with are usually remote and international, and they care much more about real development skills than about formal degrees. Many great developers we’ve met are self-taught or learned through projects, and that’s completely fine as long as you can actually build and ship good software. If you’re a developer and this sounds interesting, feel free to send a DM. Honestly, you don’t need to write a long application. A quick message is completely enough. Just include two simple things so we can get an idea of who you are: What development skills or technologies you work with (for example React, Python, NodeJS, etc.) and in which country you are based in. Looking forward to connecting with more developers from this community. Cheers!
