I bought from a store called Proficide and bought clothes that were 134. I reached out to the store owner on his discord and asked about my order but he got mad and canceled my order and wont give me a refund. I bought from the shop app and they said they arent in charge of giving refunds but the store owner is and now when i go to my cashapp it says my order is still pending. is there a way for me to cancel the order pending or to get a refund via cashapp
