The current default of "1 set of 0 reps + 0 weight" is not appropriate for all exercises (e.g., planks). Users want exercise-specific default sets that are relevant to the exercise type.
The final screen allows users to specify sets, however the default is always 1 set of 0 reps + 0 weight. For exercises like plank where the goal is usually to hold for a set amount of time, this default doesn't make sense. Each exercise should therefore have a default set that is actually relevant to it. <img width="590" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e25e47a5-0b72-4c9b-81f2-970aef8534a9" /> Going a step further, it would be great if these came prepopulated with some recommendations, such as 3 reps of 20 or 5 reps of 10, and a note saying "light weights, high reps" or "heavy weights, low reps" to help people tailor to their needs.
