Users with a paid Pro plan are experiencing issues with local recordings only being available in 360p despite having HD settings enabled. They are unsure if this is normal or if switching to a Business plan would change this.
We use Zoom with paid plan Pro and have HD in video settings in client and settings on zoom.us enabled. Yet the local recordings are always only 360p with speaker view. Is this normal? Would something change if we switch to Business paid plan?
