Good video! Thinking of how I could put this to work. Question: What about OneNote and Evernote as sources within the knowledge base (KB)? I have hundreds of such note I'd love to be able to query. Question: I don't suppose you could give the root path of your whole OneDrive and thus add every document in OneDrive to the KB, or a branch of it, or is there any other way to be able to ask questions of ALL of one's documents? Question: when you uploaded files to the KB, they now exist in the cloud as copies? Question: Is there any way to get around the fact that Word docs uploaded to the knowledge base have to be re-uploaded when they're updated? Since websites stay current after updates, if you put the Worddocs in SharePoint and point to the SharePoint library, would that work?
