After updating the portfolio link on profiles, users are experiencing issues where the old link still redirects instead of the new one. This needs to be fixed for better user experience.
Hi everyone, I updated the portfolio link on my LinkedIn profile from my old website to my new one. LinkedIn shows the updated link as saved, but when I click it, it still seems to behave like the old destination on my side. I know LinkedIn wraps external links in its own redirect format, so I am not sure whether this is normal, a cache issue, or a delay in LinkedIn refreshing the updated link. Has anyone seen this before after changing a portfolio or website link on their profile? Did it fix itself, or did you have to do something specific?
