Users require AI tools that can run on local inference, with limited and explicit permissions for data access and input, to prevent sensitive data leakage and ensure control over personal and corporate information.
"Claw"... and "Scrape" when are these words ever used in a GOOD way?! 🤭 I could be wrong, but I can't think of one (but it's early so I may be missing something!!) If you're not aware of 'OpenClaw' it's this 'BRILLIANT' new AI tool that all the cool kids and AI 'Experts' are advising people to install cos'... "It'll like, revolutionise your life. It takes over all your messaging apps and browser. It can read and send messages, and manage your calendar for you!! Totally Rad dude! And a most excellent AI tool to give you more time...." Yeah... More time to wonder "Where has all my data gone?" and "Why are all my clients now calling because THEY have received scam messages from me?!" Now, I'm not saying it WILL happen... but installing an opensource tool that you don't understand, that takes over your device and CLAWS it's way through your device like an angry orc who has had too much coffee, is probably not the best advice. I've posted a link in the comments to an article that explains why. Oh... and as for 'Scrape'... When a marketeer says it's ok to "Scrape" websites for email addresses, just ask yourself when was the last time you felt comfortable 'scraping' anything?! 😆 If you'd like a more legitimate (and ethical) way of running your AI (or your marketing) that does NOT breach the GDPR or UKDPA, or open your security like a can of beans... DM me and I'll be happy to discuss. Happy March!! #OpenClaw #Security #Cyber
