Users want the app to remember their previously used weights and reps for specific exercises and pre-populate them in future workouts, aiding progress tracking and convenience.
Given users may log in and come back to this app, it would be great for them to have preferences saved for which exercise weights and reps they normally do. That way if they revisit the app and do the same exercises, then the app prepopulates the weights and reps they've done previously. This could also be a great way for them to track progress over time or remember what weights they used for specific muscles.
