A business allegedly had all negative reviews related to a specific incident removed, despite them being legitimate customer feedback. This suggests a flaw in Google's moderation system that allows businesses to suppress valid criticism, indicating a need for more transparent and fair processes for review removal.
In reference to this [Post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Denver/comments/1p8hdpt/my_160_thanksgiving_dinner_for_2/), where multiple people went to Urban Farmer for the Thanksgiving for 2 that costed $160 for what looks like a *very* small meal for 2. Their reviews took a huge hit and dropped closer to 4 stars, but I just checked the reviews again and their rating is now 4.5 again. They had every review referencing their Thanksgiving meal removed as obvious damage control. Its one thing if people are being vile in their reviews, but to flag every review that pointed out that you screwed people over is just throwing a tantrum because you got exposed. If you look at their Instagram, they made a post about their special but none of the food looks remotely similar. The desert wasn't even made by them. Its like they spent their whole budget on taking attractive pictures. I get it its not going to look like it does in a commercial/ad, but this is suppose to be fine dining. If they would have made some post saying how they received a lot of negative feedback and that they were going to do a refund or even something remotely close to making it right, then maybe this would have been nothing, but the fact they are trying to sweep it under the rug after swindling their customers and then silencing any criticism tells you all you need to know about the management/ownership and the lack of respect for their clientele. I hope everyone knows how an overpriced restaurant took advantage of people on THANKSGIVING, knowing people didn't have many options. It seems very predatory and I am pretty disappointed with the way it was handled. If you are going to spend that kind of money, you better be walking away very satisfied. I understand not every dining experience is going to be 10/10, but whoever thought this was okay should be fired. I've worked in restaurant management, their isn't a single world where this is okay. The only explanation is greed and/or incompetency. Whenever people refuse to address things like this, it just allows business like this to keep "pushing the line" of what we deem to be acceptable. Urban Farmer has shown in this instance that if you give them an inch, they will take a mile.
