User notes that small EVs in the USA are often limited to 25mph, making them unsuitable for rural roads with 30+ mph limits. This implies a need for small EVs capable of higher speeds or a re-evaluation of speed classifications.
In the USA they seem to be glorified golf carts (the one with AC was nice though) and are locked at 25mph. Most of our rural roads are 30+ mph. These would only be good places that are set up to have golf carts and low speed vehicles like retirement communities.
