Seriously though, can someone help me out here? I was in an accident that did affect my shoulder mobility. Even handing someone a heavy book can cause discomfort. Even with that, I’m sure there is room for improvement here. I’ve watched a ton of videos and I’m still feeling shoulder pain. What can I do to get these right? Any cue suggestions? I’m squeezing my scapula and lifting my shoulders up, back, and down before the lift. But something still feels wrong. Also want to note I don’t typically wear these shoes to strength train, but if I should never wear them please tell me.
