Product or UX people 🙋 Curious to know why many apps dont have a feature request feature in apps? Earlier it used to tough to analys but now a days its very easy, you just give those free text entries to AI & you will know your next most requested feature. And isn’t that very helpful as, in most domains there is good competition so just a small feature earlier can make people choose you. Any reason for not doing this?
