Add UI indication for when restricted editing mode is active on a path to prevent accidental path movements. The path icon could be controlled by an option.

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** No, this is from my experience using darktable. However, related to suggestions (1) and (2) below, I sometimes have accidently moved a path when I didn't intend to because I did not realize that I was not in restricted editing mode. **Describe the solution you'd like** I would like the UI to: 1. Indicate when I'm using restricted editing mode on a path or not. Perhaps something about the path icon could be controlled by an option, such as the color... 2. Use restricted editing mode by default, as otherwise I may accidently move the entire path around when trying to move one node on the path 3. Have the option to use pixels as a measure of the size and feather of a path. Currently these are both displayed as a percentage, but I would like to be able to reduce the size of an entire path (or group of paths) by say 2 pixels and then feather it by 2 pixels. **Alternatives** For (1) and (2) I'm just always trying to switc
