I recently setup self-hosting Forgejo to store my docker compose files and tried exploring other features. Ended up making use of Issues to plan what I want to add with comments for my thoughts like listing down the options I can use and then adding them in the Projects section. I haven't seen any repository making use of the Projects section yet maybe because they're using different project management solution but this can basically work like a Todo/In Progress/Done board.
