User needs an OBD2 tool capable of registering a new battery to the car's system (specifically for a 2017 Mercedes GLE 350 4Matic) and generally wants a good quality, comprehensive diagnostic tool for DIY work.
Need to change the battery soon and seen that it needs to be registered to the system and can only be done via OBD2. Figure that since I will do most of my own work on it that I will go ahead and get the proper scan/diagnostic tool for it. I would like it to a good quality and not just the cheapest simplest fix but I don’t need some over priced fully tunable computer either. Read that the Foxwell NT530 is one of the recommended ones. Any techs on here or anyone that has experience? It’s a 2017 GLE 350 4Matic.
