The user is a teacher using Fusion360 with high school students. They are looking for project ideas that are more interesting for lower performing students, to steer them towards more 3D modeling instead of just using the laser engraver.
Howdy, I currently teach Fusion to High Schoolers in which it's their first year experiencing the software. I am trying to come up with different project ideas in the arsenal for the average student - I can easily give a higher performing student calipers and reverse engineer a product (we've done plenty of video game props scaled to students, taking stuff apart and redesigning components), but I'm struggling to come up with more interesting projects for lower performing students with 3D Modeling. Most of the students gravitate towards the laser engraver as it's easier but I want to try and steer them towards more 3D. This year I tried to following for lower performing students * Dice * Fidget Spinners * Name Tags / Key Ring Decorations Machinery in room * 3D Printers * Vinyl Cutters * Laser Engraver * CNC Router * Waterjet Thanks for any input.
