Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a good Saturday. Looking for some advice on whether to upgrade my Audio Interface or to pick up a cloud lifter. I currently run a Focusrite Scarlett solo 4th gen, and a Rode Podmic (not usb). I find that I have to crank the gain all the way up to get any reasonable input from my mic using this interface. I know that the Scarlett solo 4th gen has a gain range of 57dB. I was looking at the Audient iD14 MKII which has a gain range of 68dB. I could also just pick up a cloud lifter which would give me 25dB of gain. Wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were on this. Thanks for any help in advance!
