running a small business and using zapier to connect my forms to sheets to email. basic stuff. was on the free plan forever but hit the limit. $49/month for BASIC automation feels criminal. i need maybe 1,000-2,000 tasks per month. nothing crazy. been looking at options: n8n looks interesting but i don't want to self-host. make seems cheaper. some people are apparently just building their own automation tools with ai now? what did you switch to? is n8n/make actually reliable or am i gonna spend more time maintaining the automation than it saves me?
