User seeks meditation apps that offer extroceptive meditation to help them become more externally focused and re-engage with emotions, rather than diminishing them or staying 'in their head'.
I've been meditating for 7+ years now although not consistently. However, it has successfully turned me into a robot. I am dead inside now. I want my emotions back but still want the benefits of meditation. Rather than diminishing the seriousness of our emotions and thoughts, I want to become more externally focused, and get out of my head. Extroceptive meditation as Huberman calls it. Any suggestions for apps?
