I love this idea and wish I had the skill set to do it. I think it may be harder than people realize to get meaningful results. Spending 2 days to set up automation doesn't seem like long enough to set up automation that is lasting for improving output. And if even if the automation does save minutes a day, at some point it's going to break if there is steps integrating multiple SaaS products. For example, we use Salesforce, QBO, Paidnice, and Relay and when there is a process that gets automated invariably we have to tweak it periodically. I think the value is going to be the longer term hand holding of implementing lasting changes. But yes, I'd love to have the skills to provide that service!
