I think I'm hacked. I always have my account logged in and I've been using this account since 8 years ago. Yesterday I found out that I was logged out, I tried different passwords but all are incorrect, I tried to forgot password but the email looks unfamiliar and I don't think there's a phone number attached. I tried their web form and all they said is **We’re writing to let you know that we’re unable to verify you as the account owner. We know this is disappointing to hear, but we can’t assist you further with accessing your account.** I tried to reply to the email to attach more proofs but no replies. Also tried to submit the form again but now it says "Your original case is already in the queue. Please wait to hear back from us on the original case." What can I do now? I'm so frustrated as this account contains 8 years of my memories but now there's nothing I can do to get it back. Any help is appreciated!
