They "punch" the mattress at a rapid rate to dislodge dust mites and dust mite fecal matter. Part of why I'm unreasonably upset is because many people who suffer from allergies don't realize that dust mites in their bed could be the issue, and a proper review could've raised more awareness. The dust mite vacuum I got 20-ish years ago finally fixed the stuffy nose I that I had every morning my entire life. It cost a bomb back then, but fortunately these days you can buy them for less than $100, and you can purchase anti-dust mite versions of basically anything that goes on the bed. So please, if you've been suffering from allergies and nothing you do seems to fix it, consider getting a dust mite vacuum. Not necessarily the one from the video (because, tbf, it does look a bit sketchy), or the heavy-ass Delphin one I used to lug around all the time.
