Users are upset that the option to hold a ticket for 24 hours has disappeared from the booking process. They want this feature reinstated to allow for more flexibility before finalizing purchases.
I was trying to hold a ticket this morning, but it doesn't show the hold ticket option, only the option to put in the payment and book immediately. I think two weeks ago it's still can hold a ticket for 24 hours. temp glitch or something they changed and without any announcements?
