[Struct] Add customizable alert settings

Something I’ve been thinking about lately: Why does alert triage still require so much manual investigation? Alert fires → open dashboards → check metrics → grep logs → inspect traces → look through recent commits → ask teammates. You can lose 30–60 minutes just figuring out what actually happened. So we built Struct, an AI agent that automatically investigates engineering alerts. It pulls in logs, metrics, traces, and code, runs anomaly and regression analysis, and generates a root cause + incident summary within minutes.
