This feature seems exciting but there is a HUGE limitation that ruins the approvals integrity. This feature is not designed for any approval you may need to defend in an audit!! Microsoft Teams Approvals is not suitable for approvals that rely on attachments as evidence. Attachments are stored in the requestor’s personal OneDrive and can be modified or deleted after approval, breaking the audit trail and undermining the integrity of the approval.
