The app currently focuses on strength training. Users want to include flexibility exercises and stretches, which are crucial for many sports, potentially as a separate category.
Part of many sports, including dance, gymnastics, cheerleading etc, is both strength and flexibility. Whilst a lot of the exercises in the app currently focus on strength, there's very few if any that are targeting flexibility. Helping people achieve their splits, or high kicks for example is a key goal for many. it would be great for these to also be included in the app. Whether they are a separate category, or option I leave to you, but a lot of the athletes I work with always include a number of key stretches into the ends of their workout sessions and their absence in the app currently is notable.
