Users lose audio on their original call when another call comes in, leading to disruptions. A fix for this audio issue is required to improve call quality.
Hi All, This issue has been going on for a while now. While I'm on a call my audio sounds fine but if another call comes in, just rings I lose audio on my original call. Sometimes I'll still hear the other party but they sound garbled. I'll normally have to put them on hold, then resume for audio to come back normally. I've been having to go on DND as soon as I get on a call to avoid this. This seems to not only happen to me but most of my team and not isolated to location or device. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in advance for any help.
