I have an xTool S1 20W with less than an hour of runtime (mostly troubleshooting) that’s still covered under warranty. I still cannot get the red cross indicator to move in XCS after following the troubleshooting steps here: https://support.xtool.com/article/1242. The cross remains stuck in the top left of the canvas and doesn’t move when the laser is repositioned. I can’t use auto-measure nor can I mark the processing area. I opened a support ticket and even tried the replacement motherboard sent to me with no success. I’m beyond frustrated and tired of taking this thing apart. I thought these machines were supposed to be user friendly? Did anyone else have this issue and manage to resolve it? I’m waiting on a response from support but need to wait until the next business day (Monday).
