currently on zoho crm for our small team under 10 people tracking leads, deals, and customer follow ups. setup seemed fine at first cheap pricing around 20 bucks per user, decent mobile app, email integration crm, and basic workflow options. but now its constant issues. reports take forever to load or crash half the time custom fields glitch when we try to add pipeline stages. email integration drops threads randomly so half our conversations are scattered across inboxes. and the mobile app lags on basic searches during client calls which is killing me. spent last two days rebuilding a dashboard because it wouldnt export properly. total hours wasted this month 15 at least on just fighting the tool instead of selling.switched from spreadsheets a year ago thinking it would scale us up now questioning everything. anyone switched from zoho recently what did you pick and was the migration painful or smooth?
