Bambu Lab should allow returns even if the original packaging has been opened, especially when the customer opened it to provide requested photos of the serial number for the return process. Denying returns based solely on the box being opened is frustrating for customers who have spent a significant amount of money on their products.
I recently purchased an H2D + AMS Pro, spending thousands on the printer and accessories. I decided to get a second AMS, and I didn't realize I didn't need the Filament Hub. No big deal, so I initiate a return, which part of the process is to take pictures of the serial number. I just received an email saying that because I opened the box, which is just a flip open box, the item is no longer returnable. Are they serious? I opened an unsealed box to take pictures of the item, per their request, and now they are telling me that it is not "returnable": "After reviewing the images, we noticed that the original packaging of the product has been opened. This would significantly impact our ability to resell the item. As outlined in our return policy (please refer to the attached image below for details), products need to be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for processing." I am absolutely disgusted with this response. After spending so much money with them, they really want to lose all my future business over a single return? Has anyone else experienced this?
