When using excerpts, the 'Read More' link should skip to the anchor after the part that's already been read. Also, enhance the link invisibly to aid screen readers by encoding the blog title into the read more link.
First, a minor thing, I think octopress's current implementation of excerpts might not be following accessibility best practices. Second, my main "issue." Should the "Read More" link to an anchor below the excerpt cut so that the reader can continue reading from where the excerpt ended? Or is the current behavior better, where it just goes to the full page and makes the user re-read or try to find their place? For short excerpts, I think the second one is better. For long excerpts, it can be kind of awkward to jump to the top again. I'm not sure what the best option is from a usability perspective, but I'd be interested to hear people's opinions. I'm having
