A user suggests that once an API is available for Forge Apps, it should allow editing workflows directly from the app, enhancing functionality and user experience.
I just created an entire support desk related one. one thing to mention though...what if there are workflows lurking in my instance that turned non-functional after i removed some fields that got referenced in Transition Rules? or make it groups in validators, plugin based postfunctions,...you know the drill trust me i am not tryin to addvertise here nor i wanna make a pitch. just wanna share with you that now there is something out that may help one or the other admin cleaning up Jira mess that built up over years. 2 weeks ago i posted that i was building an app that searches for config debts accross the jira site. [https://www.reddit.com/r/atlassian/comments/1r3zrxl/anyone\_else\_drowning\_in\_orphaned\_schemes\_and/](https://www.reddit.com/r/atlassian/comments/1r3zrxl/anyone_else_drowning_in_orphaned_schemes_and/) its now offially listed and i just shipped that one missing thing "Workflow Manager" not only that you can: Audit Workflows Compare workflows Inspect Rules or Visualize whats broken i wired the Rule Inspector directly into the Visualizer so when you select a Workflow, transitions that contain broken or blocking rules will show up as Red or Yellow lines. [Workflow Manager in \\"Scalpel For Jira\\"](https://reddit.com/link/1rhfawc/video/vr1j4st94bmg1/player) unfortunately there is no API available to update or edit directly from a Forge App yet. But when it will be....ima ship the update to fix Workflows from insde the Manager. What do you guys think about such a feature? Best Regards cF
